Joe Rose is a Sacramento area attorney that limits his practice to labor and employment law and civil litigation in state and federal courts. Before becoming a lawyer, he was a firefighter and paramedic for many years in Los Angeles, Ventura, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties.

Joe Rose earned his law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento (J.D., cum laude). While in law school he earned top honors in seven academic subjects and had the distinction of earning top awards in both trial advocacy and appellate advocacy. Mr. Rose received the American Board of Trial Advocates Outstanding Student Advocate of the Year award. Mr. Rose is now an adjunct professor at Lincoln Law School.

After working for several years in a Northern California law firm in its labor law and litigation sections, Mr. Rose founded Rose Law Firm, P.C. in 2004.
