Defense of Licensed Professionals

Licensed professionals are entitled to due process and, usually, an evidentiary hearing under licensing agency regulations. We represent licensees before and during these administrative trials. Attorney Joe Rose is an experienced California license board hearing lawyer who handles professional licensing and defense of adverse actions for a wide variety of licensed professionals, including paramedics, EMTs, nurses, physicians, real estate brokers, real estate sales agents, contractors, etc.

Representation of Whistleblowers and False Claims Act / Qui Tam Relators

If you believe that a business or an individual (such as your employer) is defrauding the government or taxpayers, you may be able to stop them by filing a case under the False Claims Act. Wage and Hour Law: Wages, Hours, and Overtime Claims
