We have particular expertise in the representation of public employees of local government agencies such as cities, counties, and special districts. We also represent private sector employees whether or not those employees work in a union environment.
Licensed professionals are entitled to due process and, usually, an evidentiary hearing under licensing agency regulations. We represent licensees before and during these administrative trials.
